The Service uses Tokens as digital service credits. We may process information relating to: - Token purchases; - Token balances; - transaction identifiers; - payment status; - purchase amounts and currencies; - refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment providers may independently process payment information according to their own privacy policies.

The use of real people as subjects of AI-generated content is prohibited under our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

The Service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly provide accounts or services to persons under 18.

If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may take reasonable steps to suspend or terminate the account and delete associated information where appropriate.
