Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yVeo.ai (the "Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). yVeo.ai is a web-based AI content generation platform that allows users to generate images, videos, and other digital content using artificial intelligence. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, purchasing Tokens, or submitting a generation request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service is available only to persons aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you confirm that: - you are at least 18 years old; - you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; - you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not allow a person under 18 to use your account or access the Service through your account.

Certain features of the Service require an account. You may create or access an account using supported authentication methods, including Google Sign-In. You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your account; keeping your login credentials and access methods secure; all activity performed through your account. You must not sell, transfer, share, or provide your account to another person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

The Service provides automated AI-powered tools for generating images, videos, and other digital content based on user-provided prompts, instructions, and inputs. AI-generated content may be unpredictable and may not always correspond exactly to your request. We do not guarantee that: - a generation will be successful; - generated content will meet your expectations; - generated content will be accurate or unique; - generated content will be suitable for a particular purpose; - a particular model, feature, or generation mode will remain available. AI-generated content may contain unintended elements or errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or distributing it.

The Service may use virtual Tokens to provide access to certain generation features. Tokens are digital service credits used within yVeo.ai. They are not money, cryptocurrency, securities, or financial instruments and have no cash value. Tokens are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise by yVeo.ai. Token packages, prices, generation costs, limits, and available features may change at any time.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you confirm that: you are authorized to use the selected payment method; the information provided for the transaction is accurate; you are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.

You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service to: - create or distribute illegal content; - create sexual or exploitative content involving minors; - create non-consensual intimate content; - use real people as subjects of AI-generated content; - harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or defraud others; - infringe third-party rights; - circumvent technical, security, moderation, or Token restrictions; - interfere with the operation or security of the Service. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for all prompts, uploads, generated content, downloads, and materials associated with your account. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content you upload to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any resulting content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. We do not assume responsibility for the legality, ownership, consent, accuracy, or consequences of content submitted, generated, downloaded, published, or distributed by users.

The Service processes prompts, uploaded materials, and other inputs for the purpose of providing requested AI generation functionality. Content may be processed temporarily by yVeo.ai and third-party AI or infrastructure providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the Service, we do not provide permanent hosting, archival, backup, or guaranteed long-term storage of user content. Prompts, uploads, generated content, and related temporary data may be deleted or become unavailable at any time. You are responsible for downloading and saving any content you wish to retain.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not claim ownership of content independently created by users through the Service. However, AI-generated content may be subject to copyright, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal restrictions depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances. We do not guarantee that generated content is copyrightable, legally protectable, unique, or free from third-party rights. You are solely responsible for determining whether and how generated content may legally be used.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice where reasonably necessary, including if: you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; you submit prohibited content; you use real people in violation of our rules; you engage in fraud or payment abuse; you attempt to circumvent Service restrictions; your activity creates a security or legal risk; your use is unlawful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Access to your account, Tokens, and generated content may be restricted or terminated. We may delete account-related information and content subject to applicable retention obligations.

We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. This may include AI models, generation modes, features, Token costs, limits, supported formats, and availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, and security. We do not guarantee that the Service or generated content will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yVeo.ai and its operators shall not be liable for: - indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; - loss of profits or revenue; - loss of data or generated content; - business interruption; - inability to access the Service; - unsuccessful or unintended AI generations; - damages arising from user-generated content; - actions of third-party providers or other users. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless yVeo.ai, its operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from: - your use of the Service; - your prompts or uploaded content; - content generated through your account; - your distribution or use of generated content; - your violation of these Terms; - your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Service, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
